Ingredients
- 1 basil plant
- 1 flat-leaf parsley plant
- 1/2 a thyme plant
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 pinches of pepper
Preparation

Cover the (mesh) tray with the basil leaves, parsley leaves, and thyme sprigs.

Mince the garlic with a chopper or blender and distribute over the plastic drip tray.

Dry the plants and the garlic. Once the herbs are dry (+/- 2 hours), remove from the oven, and allow the garlic to continue drying.

Pick the thyme from the sprigs and mix all the herbs together. Add the garlic and pepper.
Tip: seal and store the seasoning in a dark, dry location.
