Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 200 g tomato passata
- 200 g canned peeled tomatoes
- 100 ml water
- ½ onion
- 75 g carrot
- 75 g celery
- 150 g minced meat
- 1 cube of beef stock
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
- Clean all the vegetables and cut them into pieces.
- Put the ingredients in the soup maker in the order listed above.
- Pull the minced meat into pieces as you put it in the jug.
- Mix everything together using a spatula.
- Select the pasta sauce program.
